Strength and movement practice
Suitable resistance exercises and movement tasks, with clear instruction, technique coaching and rest appropriate to the participant.
Explore individual personal training with Anthony Nitti for NDIS participants in Brighton and Bayside. Sessions focus on suitable strength, movement skills and a consistent exercise routine, with the participant’s goals and preferences at the centre.
We discuss your support needs, training environment and funding arrangement before agreeing to begin. Mobile appointments can be arranged at home, a suitable apartment gym or another appropriate agreed location.
Your programme begins with what you want to work towards. That might be developing a regular exercise habit, learning to use suitable equipment, improving confidence with movement or practising strength tasks relevant to everyday activities.
The approach, pace and instructions are discussed individually. We agree on exercises that fit your current capacity and review how you respond. You can ask questions, request adjustments and explain what helps you feel comfortable during a session.
Suitable resistance exercises and movement tasks, with clear instruction, technique coaching and rest appropriate to the participant.
A repeatable appointment structure that helps you become familiar with the session and practise agreed exercises consistently.
Discuss how you prefer information to be explained, any environmental preferences and whether an agreed support person should attend.
Review agreed exercise goals and what is becoming more manageable. Adjust the programme based on feedback and suitability.
Home appointments can make it easier to maintain a familiar setting and avoid unnecessary travel. Before the first visit, we discuss access, room to move, parking, available equipment and any assistance needed. A full home gym is not essential; equipment and setup are agreed in advance.
Enquiries from Brighton East, Gardenvale, Hampton and nearby Bayside suburbs are also welcome, subject to availability and suitable travel arrangements. The business base is 129 Martin St, Brighton VIC 3186; training locations are arranged individually.

The NDIS lists personal training as a possible support under Improved Health and Wellbeing. Whether a particular service can be purchased depends on your individual plan and the applicable support rules. Having an NDIS plan does not make every fitness service eligible.
Discuss the proposed service, provider suitability and agreed price. Self-managed spending must still be on eligible supports and in line with the participant’s plan.
Check the appropriate support item, provider eligibility, price limits and invoicing arrangements before commencing. Liaise with the plan manager where necessary and with participant consent.
An appropriately registered provider is required. Contact Anthony to verify whether a suitable arrangement is available; acceptance is not promised by this page.
Private training can be discussed separately. Confirm the price and inclusions in advance rather than assuming an NDIS claim will cover the appointment.
Read the official NDIS capacity building information and self-managed funding guidance.
Before you start, confirm the session length, fee, training location, support included, payment method and cancellation terms. Any travel or other charges should be explained and checked against the relevant rules before agreement.
Plan-managed and NDIA-managed supports are subject to applicable NDIS maximum prices. Private premium training rates are not automatically claimable. Refer to the current official NDIS pricing schedule and check the arrangement before accepting sessions.
Invoices should describe the actual service and time delivered. A personal training appointment should not be represented as a higher-priced therapy service.
Share your suburb, preferred appointment times and the type of exercise support you are seeking. Explain relevant access and communication preferences.
Complete appropriate pre-exercise screening and establish whether practitioner guidance is needed. Discuss the role of any support person.
Verify funding and provider requirements where relevant. Agree on the service, fee, duration, location and terms before starting.
Introduce suitable exercises with clear explanations. Review feedback and agreed progress over time, with adjustments where appropriate.
Personal training focuses on fitness and exercise goals within the coach’s qualifications. It is distinct from exercise physiology, physiotherapy and other clinical therapies. If your needs require clinical rehabilitation or specialised assessment, an appropriately qualified practitioner should guide the next steps.
General healthy eating habit support can form part of agreed ongoing coaching. It does not constitute a dietitian service or automatically create an additional funded support. For clinical dietary needs, involve a suitably qualified dietitian.
Support workers, carers or family members can be involved with your consent. Discuss assistance needs in advance; personal care, lifting or transfer support is not automatically part of a training appointment.
Anthony is the founder of EZMUSCLE, with more than 15 years of coaching experience, including work at Equinox Wall Street in New York and verified 2025 personal training awards. Sessions combine individual attention, exercise instruction and structured progress.
Coaching experience and fitness awards do not establish NDIS provider registration or clinical accreditation. Suitability is assessed for each enquiry. Read about Anthony or visit the NDIS and older-adult section of the homepage.

Visit the official NDIS website for scheme information. EZMUSCLE is an independent business; this page does not claim NDIA endorsement or registered-provider status.
Personal training can be an eligible support for some participants, including through an appropriate Improved Health and Wellbeing allocation. Eligibility depends on the participant’s plan, disability-related needs, support category and current rules. Confirm the arrangement before booking; funding is not guaranteed.
Mobile personal training can be discussed for Brighton, Brighton East and surrounding Bayside suburbs. Sessions are arranged at your home, a suitable apartment gym or another agreed location after considering accessibility, space, equipment and individual support needs.
Yes. Self-managed participants can discuss suitability and proposed arrangements. Self-management allows more choice in providers and pricing, but spending must still be on eligible NDIS supports, fit the plan and be supported by appropriate records.
Please provide the plan-management arrangement when enquiring. The support, provider eligibility, applicable maximum price, invoicing and any agreed travel costs must be checked before services are accepted. Private training prices should not be assumed to apply.
NDIA-managed supports require an appropriately registered provider. This page does not establish EZMUSCLE’s registration status or promise acceptance of that funding. Contact Anthony to check the appropriate pathway before booking.
No. Personal training is a fitness service and should not be represented or billed as exercise physiology, physiotherapy or another therapy service. Clinical rehabilitation and complex condition management require appropriately qualified practitioners.
With your consent, an agreed support person can be involved in planning or attend a session where appropriate. Discuss assistance needs, communication preferences and each person’s role in advance. Personal training does not automatically include personal care or transfer assistance.
General healthy eating education and habit support can be part of agreed ongoing coaching within the coach’s qualifications. This is not a dietitian service, and it is not automatically separately claimable through NDIS. Clinical dietary support requires an appropriately qualified practitioner.
Session length is agreed according to your goals, capacity and support needs. Before starting, confirm the actual price, duration, service scope, travel arrangements and payment method. Where NDIS price limits apply, invoices must reflect the actual service and permitted charges.
