REFUND POLICY
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and we work very hard to maintain it! We operate under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Below are the terms and conditions set out.
Item(s) may be returned under the following conditions;
- Items can be returned within 60 days from purchase date
- Items must not be used, washed, soiled or damaged by the customer
- Items must have original tags and packaging
Item(s) that are not returnable or refundable are;
- Gift cards
- Promotional items and free gifts
Items that are returned which do not adhere to the conditions above will be returned back to the customer.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
At EZMUSCLE, we strive to make returns as easy as possible.
In the event that you require a change in size, colour, product, or are simply not happy with your purchase, please return your original items for a refund and place a new order on our webstore for the correct items.
All eligible items returned, will have the value of the items refunded back to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees if applicable).
Please note that customers are responsible for covering any fees associated in returning products. We strongly recommend customers use a shipping service that comes with traceability, to ensure safe and secure delivery. EZMUSCLE will not be liable for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
STEPS TO BEGIN A RETURN
1. Please ensure items being returned adhere to our Returns Policy.
2. Contact our support Team@ezmuscle.com to initiate a return for your original items. We will respond within 24-48 hours and provide you with a RMA form along with instructions.
3. Fill out our RMA form and include it with the original items that are being returned. We recommend customers return items via a traceable or registered method.
4. Once we have received your return, and if the items adhere to our returns policy, we will process your refund back to your original payment method, typically within 24-48 business hours and notify you via email.
