- Prioritise olive oil, nuts, avocado, eggs, fatty fish.

If you feel flat and weak, fats usually aren’t the fix—carbs around training usually are. Use fats to stabilise hunger and energy, not replace training fuel.

- Calories: pick a target and hold it for 14 days.
- Protein: hit it daily (food first, supplement optional).
- Training: progress reps or load; don’t chase exhaustion.
- Recovery: protect sleep; walk daily; deload when needed.
